Changes to the Special Allocation Scheme
From 1 August 2026, the organisation providing the service will change from Croydon GP Collaborative to Sutton Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Please be assured that whilst the provider is based in Sutton, this will remain the Croydon Special Allocation Scheme.
The location of the service will not change.
