Friends Road Medical Practice is based in central Croydon and serves a diverse population, many with complex health and social care needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed GP to join our exceptionally hard working, friendly and supportive Team. 

  • PMS practice with approximately 8,200 patients
  • 3 Partners (2 GPs & 1 Managing Partner) and 2 Salaried GPs supported by an Operations Manager, Reception Manager, 2 Practice Nurses, a Trainee Nursing Associate and an excellent Clinical and Non-clinical Team
  • Part of an innovative PCN covering approximately 37,500 patients supported by Pharmacists, FCPs, Paramedic, Care Co-ordinators & Social Prescriber.

We are a friendly and supportive practice based in Thornton Heath. We have 3 Partners with a list size of 9500 patients located in a modern health centre. Our team includes 6 Doctors, 5 nursing team members, a social prescribing link worker, a pharmacist, physiotherapists and various administrative positions who enable us to deliver effective patient care. Ten or fifteen minute appointments to suit.

  • The advertised role does not include a regular on call (duty doctor) commitment.
  • Informal visits welcomed.

Salaried GP

We are a small practice with just under 6000 patients.

  • We are a team of 3 GP's, a Practice Nurse, a nurse practitioner who is about to retire , a Physiotherapist, a Mental Health Nurse, a Link Worker.
  • We take pride in providing good quality Clinical date care to our patient population and have robust follow-up systems for blood tests and communication from secondary care colleagues.
  • Joining GP would enjoy free exchange of clinical knowledge with colleagues we are all approachable and talk to each other on a daily basis.
  • We have a monthly clinical meeting. We are part of the Mayday South PCN.

Salaried GP

Thornton Heath Medical Practice is a small family friendly GP practice located in the heart of Thornton Heath, Croydon, with just over 6,000 patients. We aim to deliver a high standard patient experience through traditional GP values, putting our patients' needs at the heart of everything we do and getting to know our patients well whilst working in a friendly team environment. We are a GMS practice with two partner, one salariedGPs, and a dedicated nursing team. Our competent and friendly reception/administrative team ensures the smooth running of the practice.
