Open to All Primary Care Admin and Clerical staff working across SWL
This course is accredited through three assignments that focus on the application of learning theory to each individual’s workplace. Foremost is the objective of improving delegates knowledge of leadership and management whilst gaining a valuable qualification and developing confidence.
Attendance at all workshops is mandatory, run over five interactive virtual workshops, and carries 14 credits (full workshop contents to follow).
